Your Growth may Trigger Others

'You've Changed' - this comment has been coming up for me a bit lately, especially over the last week.

That I'm not the person I was 10 years ago. That I'm so different. That my expectations, standards and what excites me has altered. And it's true.⠀

10 years ago my self worth was shot. I didn't think I was worthy of being in a position of visibility and I didn't think I had any gifts beyond the options that had previously been presented to me. I didn't think I was worthy of luxuries, or sitting in conversation with leaders, or being treated like a queen.⠀

I also had no knowledge of how to work WITH rather than against my cycle, the way I was affected by the moon/planets or how I could naturally manage my doubt, anxiety, sadness and disconnect with essential oils, crystals and more.⠀

I had a fixed rather than a growth mindset, saw my potential as very limited and was stunted in the way I lived my life (and in what I believed for my future).⠀

A lot has changed since then - thank god.⠀

I healed my self worth and chakras, I took it upon myself to understand my origin stories, my limiting beliefs and blocks and I start having conversations with my higher self, my inner child and my body. Through self development, meditation, coaching, breath work and more - I sought to reveal the person within myself that I had hid for so longer. And I continue to do so.⠀

10 years ago, I would have never stood up for myself in the way I do today. I would never have prioritised what I know I get to ask for and call in with respect to abundance, relationships, business and more.⠀

Now - every day is an awakening. I use all the gorgeous tools at my disposal to elevate my life and prompt me into beautiful discussions, eye opening experiences and moments of amplification.⠀

I was a mere slip of my potential 10 years ago. The only real thing that's changed is that I now KNOW the powerful fucking woman I am. And I'm stepping up to claim that.⠀

Yes ... I've changed.
