Supporting Yourself in Inner Winter

Who else is in their Inner Winter 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️

These first 5 days of our Female Cycle are the time to be most supported, nurtured and nourished. Not just with respect to how others are there for us but also, by how we are there for ourselves.

IMO this is our number 1 pathway to self love as the effects cascade into absolutely everything else, including the rest of our cycle.

There a million ways to love on our Inner Winter and drop deep into the beautiful insight and introversion of this time but certainly, to start with:

  1. Track and prepare using apps like Clue (my favourite), journaling or using a calendar and, informing yourself with my beautiful free Female Cycle Chart and Guide (your gift when jumping on my mailing list here)

  2. Use tox free reusable period undies, cups, liners and waterproof blankets instead of the toxic and/or disposable ones that pollute your body and the world. Your period will generally be more painful the more toxins you have in your body and your yoni absorbs what you press against her so be super mindful of this.

  3. Limiting that To Do List! Do what is absolutely necessary and unavoidable, leave the rest. Let the washing pile up. Have pre-prepared meals takeaways or simple comfort food. Ask for help.

  4. Stock your toolkit with comfy socks, cacao and elixirs like my Moon Oil - a blend of pretty much every essential oil that reduces inflammation, elevates and soothes

Set the tone for your moon month ahead and use the tools available to you 💋
