I literally just blocked out almost every hour of the day in my calendar. I even booked myself in for sleep haha from 9pm-4am ...
I’m somewhat of a night owl so we shall see how this goes! But - I do work best in the morning. The issues is I feel as though I’m being cheated of time if I go to bed early. I legit feel like I’m stealing time off myself and throwing it in the trash. Who else is like this?!
It’s part of the reason that for the first 3+ decades of my life I have been late to almost everything. I often justify leaving at the last second or thereafter because it means I’m not ‘wasting’ time at the other end.
That was a fun story to re-write. Apparently I’ve only partially done it with respect to being on time or not though … not in fact in reference to how I manage time with the rest of my life and my business.
But here I am now becoming more aware of how it’s filtering through and that is always the first step to changing our ideas about things and in turn our entire world. Awareness, perception and knowledge.
Every hard and fast idea you have about your universe is just based on your current awareness, perception and knowledge. And all those things could change in an instant - and therefore your interpretation of every single #FACT in your life.
One of the hours I’ve blocked myself out for in my day is learning and another hour is for downtime inspiration. I’d suggest you do the same.
Up skill, develop yourself, sharpen your mind, build up your brain and challenge everything you think you know.
The world will get a whole lot bigger and beautiful (even from the confines of your bedroom and house) if you do.
