Exercises in Gratitude

I am grateful for my amazing body. I am grateful for my health and abundance of wealth. I am grateful for Wade and Connor and Scarlett. I am grateful for my beautiful home. I am grateful for the pleasure my habits and rituals bring me. I am grateful for my brain and all that I learn and absorb daily. I am grateful for my cooking skills. I am grateful for my mum, dad, sister, brothers and sisters in law. I am grateful for my amazing soul friendships. I am grateful for the freedom and space I have to fill my own cup. I am grateful for being born into this life, in this body, with these soul lessons to undertake, and at this time. I am grateful for the earth, the universe and divine source. I am grateful for the ripples I am creating as I live my life and follow passion and purpose.

Little or long gratitude practices can and will change the trajectory of your day.

> They increase your vibration and frequency

> They increase your serotonin levels

> They switch the direction and focus of your thoughts

> The can be used to affirm what you want more of or manifest what you desire.

This is my random gratitude rambling from yesterday and it did switch up my mindset. Mine tend to be a mixture of what I currently have, where I am focusing on switching my mindset and/or what I am attracting.

What’re you grateful for today?

P.S.
