Essential Oils as Spiritual Tools

It's 11:11 as I write this. Who else believes in angel numbers and spiritual signs and guidance?⁠

I do - I didn't always though. I had a good christian girl upbringing and wasn't allowed to even look in the direction of crystals, crystal energy, plant medicine as a whole, psychic tools or about 80% of the other healing, embodiment or mindfulness practices that I use and advocate today.⁠

In fact anything new age, spiritual or woo woo was generally lumped into the not of God and therefore evil category - including the idea of using essential oils to deepen spiritual or self connection or using them with energy work or god forbid (pun note necessarily intended) during self pleasure.⁠

I went through most of my life without the toolkit I needed to cope with daily anxiety, autoimmune disease or trauma healing and self awakening.⁠

⁠

It wasn't until my identity was stripped away after having my two earth side children that I started to rebuilt and change my foundations to see a new way of living.⁠

⁠

And I feel so so so lucky today that I now have so much magic available to me. Including all the beautiful essential oils I now utilise to support myself. For example:

Frankincense in my cacao for potent journeys within or Blue Lotus under my tongue when visiting my higher self or White Angelica to enhance the aura and protect against negative energy.⁠
