It’s so important to stop and celebrate your successes - especially when you feel like you’re having an off week.
This week, I went into hibernation mode. I activated self preservation and wrapped myself up in a little cocoon for the most part. I still jumped online to do a little posting and spoke to my key clients on my slay day … but I definitely held myself back from showing up personally overall.
Then, I woke up yesterday morning and was just pissed off. I was so pissed that I hadn’t been doing everything, taking advantage of every second and doing a thousand things more than what I had done.
But here’s the thing. You need your off days. You need to go into self care zone sometimes. You need to tune out, take a step back and settle on occasion. It’s perfectly fine and completely normal.
At times like this, when you have to honour and reserve your energy, it’s a great time to just sit back and practise gratitude and remind yourself of all the incredible stuff you have been doing.
For me? Over the last few months, I -
> Started a business
> Have had 12+ clients
> Launched an amazing VIP Member Club
> Launched an awesome free FB group that is thriving
> Had a successful 7 day paid program
> Have interviewed with two top ranking career/business podcasts (the latest of which was published just yesterday!)
> Got approval to submit guest blog posts to a cool online site
> Am an upcoming contributing writer to an eMag for 12 months from June
> Have run one mini masterclass in an external group and have another coming up next week and am in discussions about a third
> Have one speaking gig lined up and another in the works
> Did my first photoshoot
> Have started speaking my truth and dropping deeper and deeper into who I truly am.
And I just wrote 1316 words of my book #boom
